Carl Xiong

Carl Xiong is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and renewable infrastructure. Currently serving as Managing Director at 中金公司 since July 2015, Carl leads China Renewable Power Infrastructure LPF. Previously, Carl held the position of Partner at CEC CICC Electronics Industry Fund from August 2018 to October 2021, and was a Director at Chang-An Avenue Capital from September 2013 to June 2015, focusing on cross-border M&A advisory. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President at CICC and as a secondee at CIC's Private Market Department. Carl began his career as an Associate at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter within the Fixed Income China Team. Carl holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Fudan University, where studies were completed from 1998 to 2005.
