Ivy du

Ivy Du is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in private equity investment and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President - Legal at CICC since January 2019, Ivy previously held senior leadership roles at Everbright Sun Hung Kai Company Limited, encompassing both the M&A Department and legal counsel. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Sidley Austin LLP and roles at Minter Ellison as a Registered Foreign Lawyer and Paralegal. Ivy's career began in 2008 with a paralegal position at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Ivy Du holds a Master of Law from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Law from Nanjing University.
