Michael Mueller

Michael Mueller is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and cross-border transactions. Currently serving as the Head of China International Capital Corp. (Europe) since July 2018, Michael previously held the position of Managing Director at Bankhaus Metzler from 2013 to July 2018. From 2006 to 2012, Michael worked at Nomura, progressing from Executive Director to Head of Investment Banking, where responsibilities included client coverage in the German-speaking region, particularly in the TMT, cleantech, and industrial sectors. Earlier in their career, Michael served as an Analyst to Vice President at Citi from 1999 to 2006, focusing on investment banking. Michael holds a degree from the University of Bayreuth.
