Xin Zhu

Xin Zhu is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Fund at 中金公司, a position held since September 2011, overseeing the RE Investment business and serving as the executive representative for invested funds. This role includes directing co-investments with leading Chinese developers in residential projects and acquiring commercial and retail properties in major tier 1 and tier 2 cities across Mainland China. Prior to this, Xin Zhu worked in property investment at 平安信托有限责任公司 from July 2008 to September 2011.
