Effie Liu

Effie Liu, CPIM, is a Material Manager at CID Resources, Inc. with previous experience as an Assistant Product Development and Design Manager at Wisteria. Effie demonstrated strong cross-functional management skills by uniting people behind common goals, managing product development and design processes, and contributing to product development strategies. Effie has a Master of Science degree in Textiles from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
