Karin Baumgart Srougi

Karin Baumgart Srougi serves as a member of the Deliberative Council at Sistema B and the Center Norte Institute, and as a member of the Deliberative Council at the Instituto de Cidadania Empresarial. Since March 2017, Karin has been the President of the Deliberative Council of Instituto Vedacit, which Karin founded and oversees its strategy and budget. Karin co-founded and mentored the Protagonistas de Impacto program from January 2021 to December 2022, focused on fostering positive societal impact. Additionally, Karin has held strategic and sustainability roles at Grupo Baumgart, and previously led the commercial and marketing area of Expo Center Norte. As the founder of ONG Educando para o Futuro, Karin promoted health education in underserved regions of Brazil. Educational qualifications include various specializations in corporate governance, social responsibility, and marketing from renowned institutions.
