Paulo Ventura

Paulo Ventura serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Ubrafe since March 2022 and has held multiple leadership roles at Cidade Center Norte, including Superintendent Director of Expo Center Norte since September 2015. Previously, Paulo was the Regional Sales Director for the InterContinental Hotels Group in Brazil, overseeing corporate sales infrastructure and achieving significant revenue growth at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Curitiba. Paulo's extensive career in the hospitality sector includes roles as Development Manager at Bristol Hotéis & Resorts, National Sales Manager at Slaviero Hoteis, and Sales Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Curitiba, all highlighting expertise in sales, management, and hotel operations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, a degree in Physical Education, and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
