Paco Carre has extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector, including notable roles in both the automotive and consumer goods industries. Since January 2009, Paco Carre has served as Plant Manager at CIE Matricon in Romania, overseeing the production of aluminum parts for the automotive industry. Prior to this, Paco Carre was Director of Operations at Braun Española, S.L. from July 1979 to June 2008, focusing on the manufacturing of small household appliances, particularly mixers and steam irons. Additionally, Paco Carre held the position of Director of Operations at Braun Española under Procter & Gamble from 2004 to 2008, where responsibilities included engineering, planning, production, maintenance, and logistics. Paco Carre earned a degree in Technical Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 1972 and 1975.
