Nicholas Laullon has a broad range of work experience. Nicholas began their career in 2009 as a Sales Lead at Tilly's, where they were promoted to Shift Leader and developed customer surveys to evaluate the purchasing experience. In 2011, they were the Store Key Holder at Cotton On Group, where they developed and marketed 5 unique charity products. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Tesla in two roles: Owner Advisor and Senior Product Specialist. During this time, they were awarded Southern California's "Top Performer in Role" recognition for 2017 and 2018, and led the Orange County region with a 95% customer satisfaction rating. In 2019, they were a Case Manager at Avrek Law Firm, where they managed a total caseload of 400 personal injury cases from intake to settlement. Since 2022, they have been an IT Helpdesk Engineer at Cie, where they designed an organization-wide helpdesk ticketing system, created IT onboarding orientation training and accompanying documentation, and organized and conducted cybersecurity awareness training.

Nicholas Laullon obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from UC Irvine. Nicholas also holds a CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA, obtained in April 2022.
