Noreen Bowden

Noreen Bowden is an accomplished content manager and policy officer with extensive experience in advocacy and digital strategy. Since January 2018, Noreen has served as the Content Manager at CIE Tours International, where messaging and storytelling across various channels have been crafted, resulting in significant growth in social media engagement. As a cofounder and policy officer at VotingRights.ie, Noreen has championed voting rights for Irish citizens overseas. Noreen's consultancy work includes engagement projects for the Irish diaspora and significant media contributions. Previous roles include the Director of Éan, managing a global network of NGOs, and General Manager for Irish Emigrant Publications, where site traffic tripled under Noreen's leadership. Noreen holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MA in English from Boston College, and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
