Stephen Cotter is the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer at CIE Tours since March 2001. As the COO, Stephen oversees daily operations, service activities, and provides leadership for cross-functional projects and service delivery. With a background in finance, Stephen also serves as the General Manager with overall responsibility for financial, operational, and technology activities. Stephen previously held positions as a Financial Controller and Management Accountant. Stephen has a Masters in Business and Administration from Dublin City University and is also a member of CIMA with a degree in Management Accounting. Stephen also served as Deputy Chairman at ITIC Irish Tourist Industry Confederation from May 2015 to April 2016.
