Danuta Agata Paduch

Danuta Agata Paduch has a diverse work experience in various roles related to quality control and microbiology. Danuta Agata started their career in 2005 as a Microbiologist at Regional Specialist Hospital Latawiec, where they worked until 2011. During their time there, they held the position of Microbiologist and later took on additional responsibilities as a Quality Manager. In 2006, they joined Colgate Palmolive as a Plant Microbiologist and later became the Quality Manager from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they worked as a Quality Control Manager at Sante A. Kowalski Sp. j. from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they serve as the Corporate Quality Director at CIECH Group, starting from May 2017.

Danuta Agata Paduch has a master's degree in Microbiology from the University of Wroclaw, obtained from 2003 to 2005. Danuta Agata also holds a master's degree in Environmental Protection from Uniwersytet Opolski, obtained from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2009, they studied Medical diagnostic at Wroclaw Medical University. In 2013, they pursued postgraduate studies in Quality Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in 2017.
