Natalia Scherbakoff serves as Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Trinseo, overseeing the innovation and technology strategy focused on specialty and sustainable solutions, including circular technologies and corporate innovation growth. With extensive experience leading global R&D initiatives and forming strategic partnerships, Natalia has previously held significant roles at Plastic Omnium and Owens Corning, where leadership in research and innovation for various materials and composites was paramount. Additionally, membership on the Supervisory Board of CIECH Group and participation in the Forbes Technology Council reflect a commitment to sustainability and executive insight. Natalia’s educational background includes a PhD in Material Science from Case Western Reserve University and further executive studies from prestigious institutions.
