Vandre Brilhante

Vandre Brilhante has extensive experience in sustainable development, strategic management, and the third sector. Vandre founded and served as President of CIEDS, a center for integrated studies and sustainable development programs. Vandre graduated in Economics and specialized in International Economics in the United States. Vandre also participated in training and seminars on Organizational and Human Development in Germany, Australia, Paraguay, Portugal, and Japan. Prior to CIEDS, Vandre worked as a Regional Coordinator for the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, where they coordinated local economic development programs and disseminated participatory methodologies. Vandre also moderated groups in strategic planning and government programs.

Vandre Brilhante obtained a degree in Economics with a focus on Local Development from the Universidade de Fortaleza between 1990 and 1994. In addition, they completed a specialization in Local and Economic Development, specializing in territorial development, public management, strategic planning, and actor coordination at OIT Turin in Italy.
