Aditya Mishra has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Aditya began their career as an Engineer Trainee at Larsen and Toubro Limited in 1992 and eventually moved up to the role of Sr Engineer. In 1999, they joined Ma Foi Randstad as a Sr Consultant and later held various positions including Centre Head, General Manager, and Vice President. In 2011, Mishra transitioned to Randstad India as the President of Staffing until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director and CEO at CIEL HR.
Aditya Mishra completed their MBA degree in Marketing from Jadavpur University from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from Sambalpur University from 1988 to 1992. In 1985, they attended Samanta Chandra Sekhar (S.C.S) Autonomous College, Puri, but the degree and field of study for that period are unknown.
