Harika K

Harika K has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. They currently serve as a Talent Acquisition Lead at CIEL HR since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Palette Interactive from October 2020 to August 2022. Additionally, Harika K held the role of Human Resources Manager at ORA RENTAL from July 2020 to September 2020. They also gained experience as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator at MindMap Consulting from October 2017 to September 2020. Their career started at Accenture as a business process associate from August 2016 to September 2017.

Harika K completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources from TKR Institute of Management & Science from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science Engineering from SREYAS INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
