Ben Reid has worked in various roles since 2013. In 2013, they were the Assistant Director of Debate at the University of Texas at Tyler, where they managed day-to-day team operations, workstream management, team cohesion, and oversaw research analysis. In 2014, they were a Graduate Assistant, Instructor, and Debate Coach at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Launch Consulting Group as a Program Manager and US Partner Experience Specialist for Microsoft Global Partner Solutions (GPS). In this role, they helped partners succeed by leveraging Partner Center to drive seller engagement and transact in the commercial marketplace. Ben also provided high-touch escalation services to improve the partner support experience, analyzed end-to-end performance of support and escalation processes, and coordinated white glove support escalations, focus groups, and SMEs to boost satisfaction. In 2022, they began working at Ciellos as a Program Manager. At Ciellos, they guide and advises customers and partners in business systems change and the infrastructure that supports, including systems implementations, customizations, and integrations, Cloud infrastructure and migrations, process reengineering, upgrading, and managed ongoing support.
Ben Reid received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McKendree University in 2013. Ben then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they completed in 2016.
