Karina Nielsen

Karina Nielsen has over 25 years of experience in the business industry. Karina began their career in 1994 as an Innovation Manager, Business Developer, and Project Manager at Spar Nord Bank. In 1999, they moved to DataKomm a/s as a Sales and Marketing Manager. From 2002 to 2017, they worked at Celenia Global Delivery, beginning as President and later becoming CEO and VP of Sales and Marketing. In 2011, they joined the Danish American Chamber of Commerce as a Board Member. In 2017, they became the CEO of Ciellos, a service partner that specializes in digital transformation and business system consulting.

Karina Nielsen attended Copenhagen Business School from 1999 to 2000, where they obtained a HD(O) in Organization and Strategy. Prior to that, they attended Aalborg University from 1996 to 1999, where they also obtained a HD(O) in Organization and Strategy.
