Guillermo Younger Jr

Guillermo Younger Jr has had a long and varied career in business. Guillermo began their career in 2007 as the Director of Technology Integration & Business Development for CESPlus. In 2009, they took on roles as a Marketing Summer Associate for PepsiCo and a CRM Consultant for LAN Airlines. In 2010, they joined Unilever as an Associate Brand Manager. Guillermo then rejoined CESPlus in 2012, taking on the roles of Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, and VP Strategic Planning. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of CIELO Enterprise Solutions.

Guillermo Younger Jr. began their educational journey at Ransom Everglades School from 1996 to 1999. Guillermo then attended Cornell University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Med, Spanish Language & Literature, and Latin American Studies. Following this, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Corporate Strategy & Marketing.
