Joseph Edwards VIII

Joseph Edwards VIII has worked in the web development field since 2003. Joseph began their career with Horse Fly, a weekly newspaper in Taos, New Mexico, where they designed, developed, and maintained their static web site and custom PHP news portal. In 2004, they designed and developed the static web site for AISDevelopment Corporation and designed their corporate identity, including their logo. From 2005 to 2006, they worked for Wisdom Cup and Golightly Cashmere, designing, developing, and maintaining their Joomla e-commerce web sites and implementing product inventory management utilities. In 2007, they designed, developed, and maintained the Joomla web site for BENT Zine. From 2010 to 2012, they worked for Fans of Film and Illustrative Mathematics as a web developer. In 2012, they worked for Computer Systems of Taos as a web developer. From 2015 to 2014, they worked for Sun Cycling Bike Shop and CIELO Enterprise Solutions as a web developer and lead software engineer. At CIELO, they were the principal architect and lead developer of Cielo (cielocinema.com), an award-winning digital cinema management solution providing monitoring and reporting for thousands of movie theater auditoriums worldwide. Joseph also lead the team that received the 2016 Catalyst Award for innovation at CinemaCon.

Joseph Edwards VIII completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of New Mexico in 2013. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Pre-Science from the same university in 2009. Joseph began their academic career in 1988 when they graduated from Rocky Mountain High School with a Diploma in College Preparatory.
