Felipe Farah

Felipe Farah is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently working at Cielo since January 2024. Previously, Felipe held various leadership roles at Creditas from April 2019 to January 2024, including Talent Acquisition & HRBP Manager, managing a team of 14 HRBPs and Recruiters, and achieving significant recruitment objectives such as hiring up to 80 positions per month and contributing to a scale-up from 600 to over 3,500 employees in two years. Felipe's career also includes experience as a recruiter for high-level positions at ZRG Partners, LLC, and 2GET Executive Search, along with roles in research and human resources at Page Executive and BG Group, respectively. Felipe earned a degree in Administração from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
