Leonardo Canena has extensive experience in account management and business development across several industries. Currently serving as Gerente Estadual DDN Grandes Contas at Cielo since March 2021, Leonardo oversees the management and growth of major client accounts in Espírito Santo, focusing on commercial activities and collaboration with functional areas to devise new client solutions. Previously, as a co-owner of Rei do Mate and a Senior Executive Manager at Embratel, Leonardo honed skills in client relationship management and revenue growth. Earlier roles include account executive positions at Nextel Telecomunicações, where successful account management and customer retention strategies were implemented. Leonardo holds an MBA in Marketing and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Universidade Candido Mendes, complemented by a degree in Aeronautical Sciences from Estácio.
