Carrie Gray is a seasoned professional in the nonprofit sector with extensive experience in development, donor engagement, and community relations. Currently serving as the Owner/Principal of Cielo Strategy Group since October 2015, Carrie has a strong background in leadership roles, including Vice President of Development and Donor Services at the San Antonio Area Foundation and Director of Advancement at YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish. Notable achievements include overseeing resource development at YWCA, managing donor engagement initiatives at the North Carolina Community Foundation, and significantly increasing fundraising efforts at various organizations throughout a career spanning over two decades.
