Daniel Wardle

Daniel Wardle is an accomplished executive search professional with extensive experience in leading talent acquisition initiatives. Currently serving as Partner and Global Lead for Executive Search Outsourcing at Cielo Talent since February 2021, Daniel oversees operations and client services across Europe, managing a team of search consultants and researchers in the UK, Europe, and APAC. Prior to this role, Daniel was with Oryx Executive Search from March 2010 to February 2021, where contributions included serving as Principal Consultant and Director, focusing on recruiting top talent for both public and private sector organizations. Daniel’s earlier career encompassed various positions within Oryx Executive Search and GDS International, including Managing Consultant and Account Executive, starting with a compliance role at Parker Munroe. Daniel holds an LLB in Law from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in 1999, and attended Shrewsbury Sixth Form College from 1994 to 1996.
