Luisa Salas is a Senior Recruiter for the APAC region at Cielo Talent, where responsibilities include ensuring Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle and acting as a brand ambassador in collaboration with hiring managers. Prior to this role, Luisa served as a Recruiter within Cielo's Internal Talent Acquisition team and worked as a Career Architect at Asia Select, Inc., focusing on human capital solutions in the Philippines and beyond. Luisa began her career as an HR Associate at Rising Tide, managing recruitment processes and administrative tasks. Luisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Adamson University, completed in 2016.
