Marcus Scheel

Marcus Scheel is a Senior Director of Client Delivery at Cielo Talent, overseeing a global portfolio of clients in the Advanced Manufacturing and Technology sectors since August 2018. Prior to this role, Marcus held various positions in Client Services at Alexander Mann Solutions from February 2007 to June 2018. Notably, during tenure at GE from January 2014 to February 2016, Marcus served as the UK Resourcing Leader, managing operational delivery for the AMS RPO solution across all UK GE businesses with a team of 30. Additionally, as Recruitment Leader at GE Capital from February 2007 to December 2013, Marcus led talent acquisition efforts for the UK and France, achieving recognition with the inaugural Candies award for Candidate Experience in the UK. Marcus holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science with Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, earned between 1997 and 2001.
