Mark Laffan currently serves as Vice President of Cielo Executive Search, leading project capabilities across EMEA, Americas, and APAC, managing multi-country teams while providing innovative services to clients. Previously, Laffan held various roles including Partner for EMEA Strategic Projects at Cielo, where expertise in Executive Search was combined with global RPO leadership to support clients through significant changes. Prior experiences include Business Development Director at Korn Ferry, Head of Talent Acquisition at EY, Practice Head at Moorland Gray, and various positions within Penna and Veredus Executive Resourcing focusing on healthcare recruitment. Laffan's extensive career spans diverse industries and includes a strong background in strategic projects and talent acquisition. Laffan holds a BSc in English and Psychology from Keele University.
