Sachin Malhotra

Sachin Malhotra, a seasoned professional in human resources and operations, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Shared Services at Cielo Talent since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sachin held various leadership positions including Director of HR and Site Lead at Smiths Group plc from June 2019 to August 2025, and AVP - Delivery Head for HR Transformation at Intellect Design Arena Ltd from June 2018 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes senior management roles at Aggreko and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, alongside significant contributions as a SAP HCM Team Lead at LTI. Sachin's educational background includes a Postgraduate degree in Human Capital Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Black Belt in Business Administration from the University of Oxford.
