Shailesh Singh has an extensive background in talent acquisition and organizational growth, currently serving as Country Head for India and the Philippines at Cielo Talent, where the focus lies on growth and brand evangelization. Previously, Shailesh held significant roles at Max Life Insurance Company Limited as Head of Talent Acquisition, Organization & Staffing, and at PeopleStrong in various capacities, including Business Head and Vice President for RPO Solutions. Earlier experiences at Genpact included positions from Manager to Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition, as well as a Management Trainee role in Operations. Shailesh started the professional journey at GE Capital as a Process Developer and Process Associate.
