Tara Cassady

Tara Cassady is an experienced professional with a robust background in client services and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Cielo Talent since July 2008, Tara has held multiple senior roles including Chief of Strategy and Executive Vice President for both Go To Market and Client Services, focusing on recruitment partnerships and team development. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Membership/Business Development at MRA - The Management Association, where responsibilities included sales leadership and business solutions for members, and Director of Temporary Staffing at Hatch Staffing Services, overseeing growth and profitability within the Temporary Staffing Division. Tara holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication/Leadership from St. Norbert College.
