Anja Gorrie Djukanovic, CPHR, currently serves as the Global Leader of People & Culture Business Partner at Ciena since July 2021, having progressed through various roles including People & Culture Business Partner, Project Manager for Employee Experience & Sentiment, and Senior Associate in People & Culture.
