Becki Laird

Becki Laird is a Human Resources and Total Rewards professional currently serving as the Director of North American Benefits at Ciena. They previously held roles in various organizations, including Benefits Analyst and Senior Analyst in Global Benefits & Compensation at Ciena, and Human Resources Specialist at The University of Maryland Medical System. Becki’s earlier experience includes working as a Buyer at The Sheridan Group and as a Wedding Consultant at Macklin's Cafe. They hold a B.A. in Recreation from Messiah University and an M.A. in Higher Education from Geneva College.
