Drew Rosen is a seasoned Learning Strategist with over twenty years of experience in building high-impact learning and certification programs. They have held significant roles, including Global Director of Learning Content Strategy at VMware and Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Cisco, where they transformed the learning business and achieved considerable growth in certification programs. Drew is currently the Sr. Director of Learning & Development at Ciena, focusing on integrated talent strategies to foster lifelong learning among employees. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
