Marilyn Allison

Marilyn Allison is an accomplished professional in Learning and Leadership Development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Learning & Leadership Development at BD since March 2015, Marilyn previously held the position of Director for Learning, Capability and Development. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global Learning at CareFusion from February 2009 to March 2015, where responsibilities included leading the design and deployment of product, sales, and employee development training. Earlier positions encompassed managerial roles in Corporate Quality and Regulatory Affairs, Documentation Services, and Technical Writing at Cardinal Health, as well as Program Manager at Lionbridge Technologies and Senior Technical Writer at Kelly Services. Marilyn holds a Ph.D. in English from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s Degree in English Literature from Pepperdine University, and a BA in English from the University of San Diego.
