James Demers

James Demers is an experienced sales leader, currently serving as VP Sales at Ciena since March 2010. Prior to that, James held the position of VP Sales ASEAN + Hong Kong at Nortel from January 2000 to March 2010, where responsibilities included leading a sales team across multiple countries in the ASEAN region and Hong Kong, focusing on Carrier products such as Wireless, Voice Over IP, Optical, and Metro Ethernet. James holds a Master of Finance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, an MBA from the University of South Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Concordia University.
