Greg Lagan

Greg Lagan is the current Director of Recruiting at Paragon IT Professionals. Greg was previously a New Business Representative and then Sales Consultant at Textura Corporation from March 2015 to November 2015. From February 2013 to March 2015, they were an Inside Sales Supervisor at Storey Kenworthy. In January 2013, they became a Recruiter at Portico Staffing, where they were responsible for cold calling to find leads on potential candidates, entering all calling records into UltraStaff, coordinating face to face and phone interviews with qualified candidates, reviewing and critiquing resumes of interested candidates, performing candidate reference and background checks, creating candidate presentation forms in order to sell the candidate to the client, and responsible for post-interview follow-ups with candidates via phone and email. Prior to that, they were Campus Representative at The University of Iowa from January 2011 to February 2013.

Greg Lagan graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor's degree in Interdepartmental Science (BA) and a Chemistry Minor. Greg also graduated from Roosevelt High School in the top 10% of their graduating class. Greg has certification from Recruiting Innovation in 2.0 Back End Engineering, 2.0 DevOps Engineering, 2.0 Front End Engineering, 2.0 UX Design, Product Management Tech Recruiter Certification, and Tech Recruiting Tactics Certification.

Greg Lagan works with Mark Craiger - Partner & Director of New Business Development, Jess Grant - Director of Marketing, and Donna Ballard - Vice President of Operations. Their manager is Craig Jackman, Co-Founder & President.
