Jeffrey McNally

Jeffrey McNally is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over three decades of experience in network engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Consultant Sales Engineer at Ciena since April 2022, McNally specializes in advancing customer networks with a focus on Layer 1/Layer 0 solutions. Previously, at Lumen Technologies from June 2003 to April 2022, McNally held various roles culminating as a Senior Lead Network Engineer, where responsibilities included configuration development and support for Global Metro Ethernet products. Earlier experience includes technical support roles at Lucent Technologies and telecommunications expertise gained during service in the U.S. Coast Guard. McNally possesses a diploma from Palm Beach Gardens High School.
