Jerry Lucas is the Southwest Region Director of Sales for Energy and State Government Markets at Ciena, where they focus on Optical Networking solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the Internet of Things, Edge Compute, and network security technologies, Jerry has held various roles in sales and technical marketing at companies such as Cisco, Verizon, and Amdocs. They have consistently achieved significant revenue growth and secured partnerships in sectors including utilities, transportation, and government. Jerry earned an Associate Science degree in Data Communications and Political Science from Foothill College.
