Kaitlyn Peters is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in strategic marketing and brand management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Ciena since June 2021, Kaitlyn previously held the role of Strategic Marketing Manager at the American Association for Employment in Education from April 2018 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes positions as a Jr. SEO Specialist at Aronson Advertising and an intern at Havas Health & You. Kaitlyn's career began as a Brand Ambassador for Doc's Tea Company, where responsibilities included managing sales, customer service, and product demonstrations. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Shepherd University, earned in May 2017.
