Naveen Guglani

Naveen Guglani is a seasoned finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Senior Director of International Accounting Operations at Ciena since December 2007, overseeing accounting operations in the EMEA, APJ, and CALA regions, while also managing the global accounts payable function and leading efforts in financial systems transformation and process digitization. Prior to this role, Naveen held managerial finance positions at Keane and Genpact, and served as a Senior Associate in Finance at Sapient. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
