Paul Robichaud

Paul Robichaud, PMP, brings extensive experience in product and manufacturing engineering, with a strong focus on managing complex supply chains and production ramps for high-performance assemblies. Currently at Ciena since March 2010, Paul oversees the production of intricate 100G-1,600G PCBA assemblies and electrical-optical circuit pack assemblies, while leading manufacturing process improvements and mentoring engineers. Previous roles include significant positions at Nortel and Flextronics, where Paul directed new product introductions and managed the transfer of production to manufacturing regions. With foundational experience in project management and new product development from Targray Technology and Sysprime, Paul is well-versed in implementing ISO 900 quality systems. Paul holds a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
