Rajesh Kumar Bandaru

Rajesh Kumar Bandaru is a seasoned hardware engineer and technical manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications and networking industry. Currently serving as a Hardware Engineer 3 at Ciena since July 2021, Rajesh has worked on hardware qualification for various optical interfaces and characterizations across different optics and Ethernet switches. Previously, Rajesh held the position of Senior Technical Manager at Vihaan Networks Limited for an extended period and worked as a Research Associate and Member of Technical Staff at C-DOT Centre for Development of Telematics. Rajesh holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications in Bangalore and a diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Government Institute of Electronics in Secunderabad.
