Shreya Chakraborty

Shreya Chakraborty is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement within multinational organizations. Currently serving as the Leader of Internal Communications for Ciena, Shreya oversees strategic planning and coordination of communications across EMEA, APAC, Japan, and India, fostering a unified corporate culture and enhancing employee engagement. Prior to Ciena, Shreya held senior roles at PayU, where responsibilities included leading internal communications for the India Payments business and spearheading global Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Shreya's earlier career included positions at Accenture, EY, and PwC India, contributing to content management, digital editorial functions, and knowledge support. Shreya holds a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from Jadavpur University and is furthering studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
