Smitha Srinivasan

Smitha Srinivasan is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Director at Ciena since March 2010, Smitha has held multiple roles including Senior Manager and Senior Software Designer. Prior experience includes positions at Nortel as a Senior Software Designer, at Mitel as a Project Manager, and at Standard Autolog as a Senior Systems Analyst. Smitha also worked as a Lab Instructor at the University of Victoria and began a career as a Software Engineer at CMC Ltd. Smitha holds a Master of Computer Science degree from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
