Szen Chew

Szen Chew has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Ciena since May 2018. Prior to this role, Szen held various positions at Ciena from May 2010 to March 2018, including Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Leader for the EMEA and APAC regions. Szen began a career in recruitment as an Executive Search Consultant at Paradigm Recruitment from April 2007 to May 2010.
