Wendy He

Wendy Wendy has over a decade of experience in system engineering and software design, with a focus on networking and automation technologies. At Ciena, from July 2004 to June 2013, Wendy served as a Principal System Engineer, specializing in various networking protocols including IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, and L2/L3VPNs, as well as technologies such as SDN and NFV. Prior to that, from January 2003 to June 2004, Wendy worked at Siemens as a Software Automation Designer, where system automation design was the primary focus, utilizing C/C++ and Python. Wendy also gained experience at Alcatel from May 2001 to November 2002 as a Software Design Engineer, working on software design for the MultiShelf 7670 RSP. Additionally, an early internship at Mitel involved H.323 Wireless Voice Gateway verification. Wendy holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa.
