Allison Craddock

Allison Craddock has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in healthcare and sales. Allison began their career as a Nursing Assistant at Beaumont Health System in 1998 and later worked as a Customer Service Representative at Beaumont Home Medical Equipment. In 2007, they became the Director of Sales at RG Medical Diagnostics. From 2008 to 2011, Allison served as the Admission and Marketing Director at Heartland Health, where they focused on developing the market and maintaining relationships with physicians. Allison then joined Ciena Healthcare as the Director of Admissions and Marketing, where they continued to develop quality metrics and oversee customer service training. In 2014, they moved to Maple Manor Rehab Center Novi as the Director of Marketing, where they successfully marketed a newly built Skilled Nursing Facility. Allison currently serves as the Regional Director of Business Development at Ciena Healthcare, a position they have held since 2017.

Allison Craddock obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
