Kateryna A. has held various roles in the fields of training and development, as well as sales, throughout their work experience. Kateryna started their career in Leadware as a BDR before transitioning to become a Training Manager. In this role, they worked closely with senior leadership to design and implement training initiatives and developed comprehensive training materials. Kateryna then joined Helpware as the Head of Training, where they pioneered the creation and implementation of comprehensive training programs and fostered a culture of continuous learning. After that, they joined CIENCE, initially serving as the Head of L&D Department, where they oversaw the recruitment, training, and support of more than 15 Training Managers and implemented a Learning Management System. Later, they became the Head of L&D and Product Support, where they played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the company's product through effective user support.
