Ciência Viva
Jessica Melo is a dedicated professional in the field of environmental education and science communication, currently serving as a Monitora e comunicadora de Ciência at Ciência Viva since November 2022. Previous experience includes various roles as an educador ambiental at Feijão Verde Natura Sintra, Zoomarine, Green Movement, Neuronios curiosos, and Amarsul - Valorização e Tratamento de Resíduos Sólidos, SA, from 2016 to 2022. Jessica's educational background includes a Mestrado and a Licenciatura in General Biology from the University of Évora, completed between 2010 and 2016.
Ciência Viva
We support science education projects and organize placements for secondary students in research laboratories. We also organize public campaigns to promote science and technology and have set up a network of interactive science centres -Ciência Viva Centres Network.
