Ethan Hurley

Ethan Hurley has over 25 years of experience in the education field. Ethan most recently served as the Chief School Support Officer at Vail School District since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of College and Career Readiness at Vail Unified School District from September 2014 to August 2023. Ethan also served as the Principal for Career and Technical Education & ASM Tech Early College at West Shore Educational Service District from February 2011 to September 2014. Before that, they were the Director of High School Instruction at Vail Unified School District from June 2006 to January 2011, and they began their career as a Teacher at Vail Unified and Tucson Unified School Districts from September 1996 to June 2006.

Ethan Hurley has a solid education history. Ethan began their studies in 1989 at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. Ethan successfully completed this program in 1993. Following this, in 1995, Ethan enrolled at Chapman University to obtain their Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction, which they completed in 1997. Later, in 2007, they pursued further education at Northern Arizona University and obtained their Master of Arts degree in Education Leadership in 2010.
